10 inch pneumatic tires and wheels - great!
Delivery was exactly as stated and product is exactly what we wanted and ordered. Not only that but these wheels/tires were about half the price of the same product elsewhere. Great company! I'm getting ready to order some more for my son's pedal powered go-cart. Top to learn more

Suitable replacements for a hand truck
I bought these to replace a set of tubeless tires with plastic rims on my Harper hand truck. The tubeless tires would not hold air as the 2-ply of the tires had microscopic holes in the rubber. The prices was good. The home improvement chain stores wanted $25/wheel.While these did the job I had to add a 1/4" spacer (done with two large cut washers) because the hub length is 2" and the existing wheels on the hand truck were 2 1/4" -- the most common length for wheels of this size.Nowhere was the hub length stated! I searched every web site, including the manufacturer's web site, that offered these exact same tires and nobody stated the hub length!I like the tube vs. tubeless as it is much easier to patch/replace a tube then to find tubeless tires of this size. Product Description

Chocks work fine, you get TWO of them.
It's beyond me how others think they should have gotten 4, or one reviewer thinks she only received one. It's clear from the description that this is a PAIR of wheel chocks, not two pair, not one chock. The 2 are NOT "screwed together" as mentioned in another review. The manufacturer attaches them with a plastic fastener called a "christmas tree." It's similar to the plastic fasteners that hold interior door panels on a car. This is removable; the 2 chocks are separated for use. Granted, it's a little difficult to pull them apart, a pair of pliers helps. It would be dangerous to leave the 2 wheel chocks attached as shipped to try to prevent a car or RV from moving. Now for some actual, useful information about the wheel chocks. I bought these to stabilize my cars when jacking them to service brakes, tires, etc. My garage floor is painted with epoxy paint. Even with the anti-slip additive in the paint, several other wheel chocks I have tried always slipped and...

There's one reason to own these...
...they're orange.I'm not so forgetful that I need a full blown checklist when I change my oil. I've never forgotten to replace the drain plug, or put in oil, etc. However, black tire chocks can sometimes do a good job of... uh... hiding themselves.Seeing the bright orange chocks serves as a reminder that you're not totally done yet.As far as durability goes, I have to agree with other reviewers here. If you're like me, and go all out to ensure you're doing things "the right way", they're fine. Would I trust them behind a small to medium sized car with a working parking brake? Sure. Would I trust them to keep a full size pickup with a bad emergency brake on ramps? Never.

Work Well and prevent a midsize car from rolling.
I've had these for a few years now.Mine are safety orange.placed behind the rear 16" tires of My car they prevent it from rolling anywhere while I have the frontend jacked up.I have forgotten to remove them more than once and they prevented the car from moving while in reverse. They are hollow but quite sturdy and strong regardless of what some "reviewers" have stated. They have frequently held the car where it is supposed to be and I've had to move the car forward when done to un-chock the car.For a normal automobile, these work great!(update:10/05) Used these again for the last 2 weekends doing ATF changes on the cars. Still work great Preventing Mazdas from rolling backwards while up on jack stands. I noticed some others have commented about the color black vs orange...shouldn't matter... these are not road markers people. These work fine for what they are intended for. A little extra protection. Don't expect it to hold a car without brakes...

Great locking wheel chock
We bought this wheel chock about 3 months ago and have now used it twice. It works very well and holds the tires very securely on the camper. I highly recommend it. Lock it on and the wheels do not move at all.Do be aware, there is only one chock per package! I only box one box because I thought they came as a pair. Top to learn more
Tire Locking Chock
This is an AMAZING PRODUCT!!! We used it for the first time this past weekend and could not believe how well it worked. Our travel trailer did not move at all!! We only purchased one and that is all we needed. We have a 21 foot with a king sized rear slide out which turns it into a 27 foot. I'm telling you that RV did not budge. We are so impressed with this. We were concerned with the one review about it not being compact enough to fit between the two tires, as our tires are VERY close together. I do not know how any tires could be any closer than the tires on our trailer. When we opened the chock it was not as compressed at it could be so we just used the enclosed wrench and closed it further and it slipped right between the tires, no problem. I would recommend this to anyone! Top to learn more
works just great!
Like all travel trailors, ours never felt "secure" no matter what we tried. We purchased only one chock to see if it made any difference. Wonder of wonders, with only one BAL 28010 X-Chock locking chock there is very little movement. This works so well for us that we can't see a reason to purchase a second chock and are sorry we didn't know about this product sooner. Top to learn more

Product Description
BAL X-Chock Tire Locking Chock starts off where the Deluxe Tire Locking Chock left off but it’s new, slimmer design will fit into more axle applications. It fits between tandem tires, it locks wheels by applying force to both tires. Aids in trailer stabilizing and prevents tire shifts. A hand-operated plated ratchet wrench turns a drive nut, extending the chocks against the tires for locking and retracting the chucks for removal. Provides added stabilization and prevents tire shifts by applying opposing force to tandem, tire applications. As opposed to other chocks, the X-Chock works with the tires natural movement instead of against them. Fits even the tightest of applications retracting down to 1 3/8-inch and extends to 10-inch. Rust inhibitive coating. Plated ratchet wrench with comfort bumper included. Lightweight, easy to store. Lockable for added security with optional 28015 Pad Lock. Made in the USA. Top to learn more

Should have bought these sooner
I purchased these for a 14" Jet. They shipped quickly, installed easily and my saw runs much more smoothly. The old tires had accumulated a number of dings during the last decade, but I always hesitated replacing them because of the cost. Fortunately these high quality urethane tires cost about half that of competing brands. The new tires fit perfectly and installed in just a few minutes. Because they are urathane, they do not need to be crowned like the old rubber tires. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the old Jet tires came off without a bit of trouble, and was amazed at what a difference the new tires made. Once installed, all the excess vibration that I had become accustomed to disappeared. The saw ran as smoothly as it did when it was brand new. Considering the cost compared to the improved performance I would recommend these tires without hesitation. (assumng you actually need new tires)Here are a few tips to make installation easier. First run the water so it... Top to learn more

Great upgrade on Ridgid 14" BS1400
Good tires, much better the terrible rubber tires. Easy enough to install once you warm them in warm/hot water. Installed on the wheels while still on saw, only removed blade ensuring to seat the tires properly. Excellent. Top to learn more

Gotta have it
This is a must-have tool for working on my car. I use it for rotating the tensioner on the serpentine belt. It takes all the effort out of removing the belt, either for changing the belt or working on the water pump or alternator. It is also useful for loosening lug nuts from wheels, especially on the road where you don't have an impact wrench.I would give it five stars except the seller didn't pack it very well. It was shipped loose in a long cardboard box. The heavy tool broke through the end of the flimsy box and, enroute, the shipper had to tape up the end of the box. Top to learn more
